Terms of Service

1. The service

Somatic Growth gives you access to guided somatic practices, lessons, a journal, progress tracking, and reminders. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

Somatic Growth is an educational and self-regulation tool. It is not therapy, medical care, or a substitute for professional treatment or crisis support. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number. Practice at your own pace and stop anything that feels unsafe.

3. Free trial and billing

• New members get a 3-day free trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription renews automatically at USD 99 per year.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• You can cancel any time in Account → Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Refunds

Because a free trial is offered before any charge, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong, email somaticgrowth@gmail.com and we will look at it in good faith. Statutory withdrawal rights, where they apply to you, remain unaffected.

5. Your account

Keep your login details private and use the service only for yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time in Account → Delete account.

6. Content and use

All practices, audio, video, and written material stay our property. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app. Please do not copy, resell, share, or publicly reproduce the content. Your journal entries remain yours.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
