Gentle Movement
To re-enter the body when you feel far away.
Why it helps
Slow, simple movement is one of the kindest ways back into the body when you feel numb, foggy, or disconnected. Nothing to perform - just small invitations.
How to practice
- 1
Stand or sit tall. Roll your shoulders back slowly, three times.
- 2
Sway side to side as if rocked by a soft wind.
- 3
Gently circle your wrists and ankles.
- 4
Reach your arms overhead on an inhale, lower on an exhale.
- 5
Pause and notice what's different.
